Persons whose household registration is in the county or whose personnel files are linked to the local talent exchange center and meet the relevant reporting conditions may apply to the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institution in the county for accreditation; Persons whose household registration or personnel files are not in the county must apply back to the place where they are registered.
Applicants can only apply for one teacher qualification in the same year.

3. Fill in the "identity information".
4. Select "accredited institutions" and "teaching disciplines". Select the qualification category as junior high school, primary school or kindergarten teacher qualification, identify the province and city as Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, and identify the organization as Ninghai County Education Bureau, and select the corresponding teaching discipline.
5. Select "Confirmation Point".
6. Read "Precautions".
7. Fill in the "application materials". Teachers should fill in all information truthfully according to the information description (whether the information items are marked in black or red), and the information must be true and accurate; Upload my recent 2-inch bareheaded blue background photo (the photo format must be jpg, and it is recommended that the photo be 1 14 pixels wide and 156 pixels high, and the file size should not exceed 20KB. Please attach it to the application form, and the photo submitted during the on-site confirmation is the same as this electronic photo. The applicant shall bear the consequences caused by misstatement or concealment.
Resume must be filled in from middle school without interruption.
After completing all the application information, the applicant can click the "Submit" button to submit the personal application information to the certification body.
8. Registration has been "completed". After the submission is successful (if the submitted information is filled in incorrectly, the corresponding error prompt will pop up), the page will display the applicant's name, ID number, email address and password, and the "Login" button. Click the "Login" button to enter the applicant's login page. Before the end of the online reporting time, applicants can log in to the online reporting system to modify (the name, certificate number, qualification type and teaching subject of the applicants for the "National Examination" cannot be modified, and other information can be modified) and view the application information.
9. Print the form. Applicants can print the Application Form for Teacher Qualification Recognition on the Internet by themselves (please print it on A4 paper and reprint it in A3 paper format in sequence, excluding the header and footer) and the Applicant's Ideological and Moral Appraisal Form (please print it on A4 paper).
10. Read and print "Notes for On-site Confirmation".
