The conditions for applying for bail are:
1. The person who is applied for bail pending trial is sentenced to public surveillance, criminal detention or independent application of supplementary punishment.
2. The person who applied for bail pending trial was sentenced to more than fixed-term imprisonment, and taking bail pending trial and residential surveillance will not cause social danger.
