Zhu's Life and Achievements
Zhu (1 130~ 1200) was born in Youxi (now Youxi County, Fujian Province), and his ancestral home is Wuyuan, Huizhou. Master of Neo-Confucianism, poet and philosopher in Song Dynasty. In the eighteenth year of Shaoxing, Song Gaozong, he was a scholar (1 148), and served as the master book of Tongan County in Quanzhou, the prefecture of Zhizhou, Tan Zhifu and Huanzhang Pavilion. I don't like being an official all my life, but I'm interested in Neo-Confucianism and writing books. He has been an official for seven years, only 46 days, and has been a temple official for 23 years. He is on the job, unemployed or dismissed 16 years, and the main time of his life (about 40 years) is giving lectures at Bailudong Academy in Wuyishan, Fujian. In his later years, he was involved in the ongoing political struggle and was taken away from his post and went to the shrine. His research is classified as "pseudo-research" and his people are also classified as "leaders of pseudo-research". Until his death, the "accusation" was still not lifted. However, shortly after Zhu's death, the "party ban" was lifted, and Zhu's status began to rise day by day, eventually becoming one of the "ten philosophers of Confucius" who enjoyed the Confucius Temple. His thoughts and theories became the official philosophy of China from the Yuan Dynasty, which not only profoundly influenced China's traditional ideology and culture, but also spread abroad and had a considerable impact.

Zhu is knowledgeable and has written a lot. He has studied Confucian classics, history, literature, music and even natural science. It is not an empty talk that he said in the Song and Yuan Dynasties that he was "meticulous to the masses and tried his best". Zhu's most important and influential works are Zhu Wen's Official Document, Zhuzi School, Zhuzi's Family Law, as well as Four Notes.

Zhu was also good at calligraphy and became famous for a while. Tao's Book History Society in Ming Dynasty said: "Zhu Xu was orthodox and entered the sanctuary, but he also practiced calligraphy." Good at grass, especially at big characters, calm and elegant when writing. Although it is too small, people compete for treasures and secrets. "
