First, what is walking teaching?
I still remember when I was a child at school in the village. At that time, the teachers in charge of teaching were all from surrounding villages or some cities. These teachers choose to take root in the countryside and give lectures and teach us in a harsh environment. In fact, the salaries of these teachers are not very high. But they still choose to come to the countryside with bad environment without hesitation. At that time, these teachers' homes were directly settled in the countryside. And the school also provides dormitories for teachers to live in. So there is basically no problem of walking to teach.
However, with the development of the times, there are fewer and fewer rural teachers. But children in rural areas still have to go to school. So many teachers come to school during the day and drive home at night. If the home is too far away, then live on campus and go home on weekends. This is the phenomenon of being divorced from teaching. After all, many people's homes end up in the city, so the phenomenon of going out to teach is really helpless.
Second, why are there more and more teachers walking?
Because urban life is richer, travel is more convenient and educational resources are better. Teachers themselves are practitioners in the education industry, so they pay more attention to children's education. Children's education is divided into two aspects, one is school education and the other is family education. For example, I am a rural teacher. I might prefer to leave my children in the city for school. Because he can get better educational effects and educational resources in the city. However, if I don't take the walk, there will be some defects in the process of family education for my children. Teachers themselves are a profession that needs dedication, but I can dedicate myself and my youth. But I really can't dedicate my children.
Third, the solution
I think the solution is to promote the urbanization process. If all the people are in the city, then the profession of rural teachers can completely disappear. There is no problem in not teaching. But it's easier said than done. High-rise buildings were not built in a day, and urbanization could not be achieved overnight.
So you can choose the way of population migration. On the one hand, it is easier to realize mechanized farming by multi-village combination. On the other hand, it can accelerate the process of urbanization. After the merger of several villages, teachers from other places will also be willing to settle here.
Finally, there is a solution, which is to let the local people return to the local area. All my classmates are like this. Like me, they passed the college entrance examination and walked out of the village. Instead of staying in a big city, I went to the countryside and became a rural teacher.
