And the school also provides dormitories for teachers to live in. So there is basically no problem of walking to teach.

So many teachers come to school during the day and drive home at night. If the home is too far away, then live on campus and go home on weekends. This is the phenomenon of being divorced from teaching. After all, many people's homes end up in the city, so the phenomenon of going out to teach is really helpless.

Second, why are there more and more teachers walking?

Because urban life is richer, travel is more convenient and educational resources are better. Teachers themselves are practitioners in the education industry, so they pay more attention to children's education. Children's education is divided into two aspects, one is school education and the other is family education. For example, I am a rural teacher. I might prefer to leave my children in the city for school. Because he can get better educational effects and educational resources in the city. However, if I don't take the walk, there will be some defects in the process of family education for my children. Teachers themselves are a profession that needs dedication, but I can dedicate myself and my youth. But I really can't dedicate my children.

I think the solution is to promote the urbanization process. If all the people are in the city, then the profession of rural teachers can completely disappear. There is no problem in not teaching. But it's easier said than done. High-rise buildings were not built in a day, and urbanization could not be achieved overnight.
