Information:
In recent years, under the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county government, Qi Xin, the people of the county, made concerted efforts to overcome difficulties, blaze new trails, accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization, and made great progress in social and economic construction, especially the sudden emergence of industry, which made the population and industry of our county gather rapidly.
A large number of migrant workers from inside and outside the province have poured into our county for employment, which has injected new vitality into our county's economic construction, but it has also brought about problems such as the difficulty for migrant workers' children to go to school.
I. Existing problems
1. There are insufficient school buildings in urban areas, and the school buildings at the township level are idle. The number of students in rural schools in our county is gradually decreasing, and they gradually flow to county towns or market towns, which brings great enrollment pressure to schools in county towns or market towns, and also produces the phenomenon that rural schools are idle.
2. The number of children of migrant workers enrolled in school has increased sharply, especially among primary school students. With the continuous advancement of industrialization, the number of migrant workers has increased dramatically.
Second, some suggestions.
1, scientific planning, to solve the migrant children's school work. According to the trend of administrative division adjustment in economic development and the needs of urban construction, and integrating new concepts such as harmony, modernization and innovation, it is suggested that the government should fully consider the trend of migrant workers after the increase and decrease of local population, urban development and industrial upgrading, and accurately predict the number of children of migrant workers enrolled in school every year.
Adjust the educational planning of our county in time, build and expand school buildings in time, rationally allocate educational resources, and think about the urban and rural structure, industrial layout, functional support and educational layout from a higher level and a broader perspective.
2. Make full use of leisure education resources to ease the enrollment pressure of schools in urban and market towns. Some rural schools in our county are idle, and educational resources have not been effectively utilized. It is suggested that these idle schools should be managed by urban schools in a "one-to-one" mode, with unified enrollment, overall arrangement of teachers and students, and sharing of educational resources. For example, Hangzhou and Quzhou have successful experience in running schools, which is commendable.
