On March 26th, 2009, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Guangxi Institute of Preschool Education was upgraded to Guangxi Institute of Preschool Education. At present, it is the only independent preschool teachers' college in Guangxi, a technical support unit for the pilot reform of the national education system, a professional construction unit supported by the central government, an advanced unit of national school art education, an advanced unit of national campus culture, a plan base for improving Guangxi's normal education capacity, a research base for Guangxi's preschool children's development and education, a training base for Guangxi's preschool teachers and primary school art teachers, and the only normal college in the region that has won the training institution of the national centralized training program for preschool teachers, directly under the Guangxi Education Department.

Guangxi college for preschool education has Nanning Campus and Pingguo Campus, covering an area of 596.77 mu, with a building area of145,700 ㎡ and complete teaching facilities. Invest tens of millions to build pre-school education and training centers, special education and training centers, music and dance training centers, art design training centers, voice training rooms, language and writing training centers, computer basic training rooms, sports training centers, electronic measurement training rooms, art education and training centers and so on. Nanning Campus is located at No.77, the bustling Minzu Avenue in Nanning, with beautiful scenery and melodious melody. It is the pearl of preschool education in southern Xinjiang. Pingguo Campus is located in Pingguo County Education Park, an emerging city adjacent to Nanning.

Guangxi College of Preschool Education has 6 departments (departments) and 4 affiliated kindergartens (2 under construction); Twenty-nine majors or directions such as preschool education, special education, music education, Chinese education and physical education (preschool sports direction) have initially formed a professional system with preschool education as the leader, special education as the highlight, art specialty as the feature, and normal education combined with non-normal education. The school has established educational practice training bases in 238 units inside and outside the region. Guangxi Kindergarten Teacher Training Center and Guangxi Special Education Teacher Training Center are affiliated to our school. Guangxi College of Preschool Education has established educational practice training bases in 63 units inside and outside the region.
