1. Sex education and psychotherapy: Most patients with functional non-ejaculation can often achieve immediate results by explaining sexual knowledge, eliminating bad psychological influences and misconceptions, and assisting with sexual behavior guidance.

2. Electrical vibration and electrical stimulation therapy: About 50% functional patients are cured at one time. Most patients can return to normal after repeated treatment. Francois and Brandley used electric vibration to treat patients with spinal cord injury: the success rate of cervical vertebra pushing injury was 90.9%, thoracic vertebra was 67.5%, and thoracolumbar vertebra was only 22.2%. The success rate of rectal electrical stimulation in the treatment of non-ejaculation was 60.9%.
