The "nine systems" are the infectious disease epidemic reporting system, the morning and afternoon inspection system for teachers and students, the registration and tracking system for students' absence due to illness, the resumption inspection system, the health management system for teachers and students, the vaccination certificate inspection system, the ventilation and disinfection system, the environmental sanitation inspection notification system, and the management system for foreign personnel entering the park.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Guidelines for Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus in Colleges and Universities" and "Guidelines for Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus in Primary and Secondary Schools", the school has improved the "three cases and nine systems". Combined with the actual situation of the school, the prevention and control systems, such as the Management System for the Use of Off-peak in Toilet and the Management System for the Use of Off-peak in Corridor and Toilet, have been formulated, and the implementation of each system has been arranged in detail to ensure that the responsibility goes to people and is put in place.
Pre-school preparation
1, according to the unified deployment of epidemic prevention and control, our school put the life safety and physical health of teachers and students in the first place, formulated and improved the emergency plan for epidemic prevention and control at the first time, defined the organization and management of epidemic prevention and control, specific measures, early warning and emergency response, implemented the prevention and control funds, made good supplies, strengthened personnel training, enhanced emergency response capabilities, and earnestly did a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
2. Set up a special school epidemic prevention and control leading group, with the principal as the leader, the vice president as the deputy leader, and the heads of moral education, educational administration, logistics, clinics, Young Pioneers Department, Youth League Committee and other departments and related personnel as members. The office under the leading group is specifically responsible for coordination, organization and implementation.
3, the establishment of school epidemic prevention and control work leading group, grade group, class, parents four prevention and control work contact network, at the same time contact with the hospital, obtain professional technical support, and actively carry out joint prevention and control.
4. Formulate the inspection system for faculty and students in the morning and afternoon during the epidemic prevention and control period. Use attendance check-in and student temperature measurement, physical condition inquiry and registration, and report before class in the morning and noon. Office staff ventilate their workplaces and classrooms every day.

Article 4 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases: "For infectious atypical pneumonia in Class B infectious diseases, pulmonary anthrax in anthrax and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, the prevention and control measures referred to in this Law shall be adopted. Article 31: "When any unit or individual discovers patients with infectious diseases or suspected patients with infectious diseases, it shall promptly report to the nearby disease prevention and control institutions or medical institutions."
