1. Don't let children grow up complaining.

Children's young minds can only grow up healthily under the careful care of parents and kindergarten teachers! 2. What do you see after work?

I found that some children dragged their parents to buy snacks such as chewing gum and jelly, and even asked their grandparents to buy toys and trampolines. Every parent does not hesitate to meet the children's requirements, and the children's selfish and willful bad character. That is to say, it developed slowly under such circumstances. Some parents don't think so. In the face of children's demands, they not only cater to and meet children's needs, but take the initiative to communicate with children, focus on the activities of the kindergarten day, talk while walking, and guide children to recall the new knowledge taught by teachers. Parents can not only exercise their children's memory and language skills, but also learn about their children's life and games in kindergarten and educate them imperceptibly.

3. Random education is everywhere

During the day's activities in kindergarten, we sometimes see such a scene: when teachers organize children's morning activities, outdoor games and teaching activities, many children are sweating, some have a runny nose and sitting in different positions, but teachers often ignore these phenomena and fail to grasp these accidental events for random education, thus missing a good opportunity for education. 4. Children's reticence

Wang Xiaofang, a child in our class, is very obedient. She is very serious in class and doesn't fool around with other children. One thing is that she is usually silent and doesn't like to talk. She always likes to play quietly alone. I know that this child is unsociable and will definitely have some influence on her future. So I decided to get rid of this bad habit for her. First of all, I encourage other children to play with her actively. I asked her: Are you happy that other children are playing with you? What will happen if you play with other children? She soon understood what I meant and took the initiative to play with other children. After a while, Wang Xiaofang's children became more cheerful, talkative and interesting, and even had several children. I am really happy for her, and my parents are also happy for her change.

5. Strong changes

The strong boy in our class is very attractive, but he can't control his behavior, either touching this or pushing that. An activity that is often carefully prepared is either destroyed by children's complaints or made impossible by children's crying. Therefore, criticism has become his daily life. Later, I thought of a way to change his plan. That is, I put the strong one into practice. Make up a short story, the children will perform it, and then the audience will judge whether it is right or wrong. Qiang Qiang realized his mistake, gradually became strong, stopped being naughty, listened carefully in class, and teachers and children liked him more and more. In fact, children's naughty is another kind of beauty. We should help him and change him with loving eyes and actions, and believe that they will grow into towering trees healthily and happily.
