Article 4 A teacher who commits one of the following acts shall be given corresponding punishment according to the seriousness of the case:
(a) in the education and teaching activities, there are words and deeds that violate the principles and policies of the party and the state;

(eight) organize or participate in business activities for students, or force students to order supplementary materials, newspapers and periodicals for profit;
(9) Organizing and requiring students to attend paid remedial classes inside and outside the school, or organizing and participating in paid remedial classes for students in off-campus training institutions;
(ten) other serious violations of professional ethics should be punished accordingly.
2, according to the Ministry of education issued "it is strictly prohibited to primary and secondary schools and in-service primary and secondary school teachers paid lessons":
First, it is strictly forbidden for primary and secondary schools to organize and require students to take paid remedial classes;
Second, it is strictly forbidden for primary and secondary schools and off-campus training institutions to jointly make up lessons;
Three, it is strictly prohibited for primary and secondary schools to provide education and teaching facilities or student information for off-campus training institutions to make up lessons;
