The socialist concept of rule of law is the organic unity of science. The objective existence of factors that breed and induce illegal crimes reminds us that it is very important to arm the minds of our law enforcement cadres with the concept of legal system. At the same time, the basic legal consciousness of some cadres who know the law and break the law is constantly improving, and the judicial process should strengthen the crackdown on duty crimes, which also puts forward new and higher requirements for the ability and level of fair law enforcement of political and legal organs.
