Through one month's education and study activities, I deeply realized the correctness of the current activities of discipline education and rectification in the army, and also more clearly felt the universality and seriousness of various problems existing in our team, and saw the challenges faced by our squadron construction.

The development of educational rectification activities will certainly promote the pace of regularization construction, especially for the outstanding problems still existing in various work, which has played a good role in urging rectification.

Therefore, I deeply realize that in the process of discipline education and rectification, while doing all the work conscientiously, we should closely contact our personal thoughts and work practice, carefully check and reflect, identify the existing problems, analyze the root causes and formulate rectification measures.

According to these requirements, I have carefully reviewed my work in recent years, and I really feel that there is still a certain gap between myself and the squadron and comrades, and there are still many problems and deficiencies.

First, ideological education and theoretical study need to be further strengthened.

Educational rectification activities have been carried out for some time, but due to many tasks recently, they have not been implemented step by step according to the requirements of the squadron, especially in the study and investigation stage of educational rectification. Due to work reasons, there are many tasks at ordinary times, and some learning tasks are not completed.

Explain that your understanding of ideas is not high, your understanding is not enough, and your attention to theoretical study is not high enough. We must further strengthen ideological and political education and study, and strive to improve ideological awareness and political quality.

Second, the sense of responsibility and professionalism needs to be further strengthened.

At work, sometimes I have the psychology of waiting for others, always waiting for the deployment of superior leaders, and I can't take the initiative to carry out some work on my own. Work responsibility and dedication need to be further strengthened.

The existence of these problems, to a certain extent, has had some negative effects on army building. Although there are some objective factors, the most important one is subjective.

In the stage of investigation and analysis of education reform, I also used some time to seriously reflect on my main problems and shortcomings many times, deeply analyzed the root causes of these problems, and found the shortcomings subjectively, which can be summarized as follows:

First, there is a certain formalism. It is that in some work, there is no seeking truth from facts, paying close attention to implementation, floating on the surface, and the specific implementation system is not firm enough.

Second, the study of political theory is not enough, and the understanding of political thought can't keep up with the requirements of the situation. In addition to participating in the study organized by the unit, I read documents, newspapers, TV news and so on. And I haven't absorbed enough knowledge in other aspects.

Sometimes, due to busy work and more foreign-related work, I can't actively participate in the learning activities organized by the collective on time. There is absenteeism.

In view of the above problems and the root causes of the main problems, I will focus on the following aspects in my future work and life:

First, strengthen the study of political theory and strive to transform the world outlook. In practice, we should make a detailed study plan of political theory, just like professional work, and implement it quickly. Through learning, we will constantly improve our personal political literacy, enhance our ability to analyze and solve problems and distinguish right from wrong, and pay attention to combining with practice to guide practical work.

It is necessary to thoroughly eliminate the existing bad ideas ideologically, "everything should proceed from the interests of the people, not from the interests of individuals or small groups", and achieve "establishing police for the public, enforcing the law for the people, being honest and clean."

The second is to strengthen the concept of discipline and improve the awareness of serving the grassroots. In the work, we should always firmly establish the idea of serving the grassroots wholeheartedly, treat officers and men like relatives, work actively, and strive to do more practical things and do more good things for officers and men.

Third, strict management and hard work. In my work, I will earnestly perform my duties and pay close attention to the implementation of all the work.

The fourth is to resolutely implement the "five bans." We should firmly establish the idea of "establishing police for the public and enforcing law for the people", strive to improve the awareness of serving the grassroots and work hard; Through in-depth investigation and research at the grassroots level, we will effectively solve problems for the grassroots and do more practical things.

Fifth, seek truth from facts, boldly reform, study hard on your own business, open up more income-generating channels for detachments, and do more practical and good things for grass-roots companies.
