In order to fully implement the Party's educational policy, thoroughly implement the spirit of the instructions of the central, provincial and municipal governments on thoroughly rectifying corruption and unhealthy practices around the masses in the field of education, and further strengthen and improve the construction of teachers' morality and style in the new era, Nanyang Education Bureau is currently carrying out special actions to rectify the problem of teachers' morality anomie in the city's education system. Now the main points of rectification and the telephone number of supervision and reporting are announced as follows, and they are subject to social and mass supervision.
The focus of this special rectification is on all kinds of teachers' moral anomie behaviors that are strongly reflected by the masses and closely related to the interests of the masses:
First, there are words and deeds that undermine the authority of the CPC Central Committee and violate the party's line, principles and policies in educational and teaching activities.
2. Damaging national interests, social public interests, or violating social public order and good customs.
Three, in violation of the national ethnic and religious policies, resulting in serious consequences.
Four, through the classroom, forums, lectures, information networks and other channels to publish and forward wrong views, or fabricate and spread false information, bad information.
Five, in violation of teaching discipline, perfunctory teaching, or engage in part-time and paid behavior that affects education and teaching.
Six, in the education and teaching activities in case of emergencies, facing danger, regardless of the safety of students, AWOL, escape.
Seven, in the education and teaching activities and student management, evaluation in violation of the laws of education, resulting in obvious negative effects.
Eight, misappropriation, plagiarism, plagiarism or other academic misconduct, such as tampering with information and documents, fabricating facts.
Nine, in the enrollment, examination, promotion, walk and performance appraisal, job recruitment, job title evaluation and employment, awards and other work, fraud.
Ten, ask for and accept the property of students and parents or participate in banquets, tourism, entertainment and leisure activities paid by students and parents, sell books, newspapers, supplementary materials, social insurance to students or use parents' resources for personal gain.
Eleven, organize and participate in paid remedial classes, or introduce students and provide relevant information for off-campus training institutions and others.
