When I first joined the work, I felt that "attending class" was simply a mode of "the teacher told the students to listen". Later, I had a new understanding of this profession, and I put a new term-"curriculum reform" into my mind. Looking back on our educational reform in xx County, I feel happier and happier. After several years of teaching reform practice and exploration, my mind has been baptized and honed again and again, enjoying all kinds of hopes and excitement brought by the teaching reform, leaving me with many episodes worth pondering and thinking about. Let me talk about some of my experiences on education reform.
First, the role of teachers and students change
I remember when I first joined the teaching staff, I taught in a rural primary school. I was at a loss about teaching, so I turned to the experienced old headmaster for help. The old headmaster said to me with a smile on his face, "Liang Xiao, you don't have to be nervous. Classes are easy. Teachers can tell students to listen. A blackboard, a piece of chalk and a mouth can give a good lesson. " This teaching philosophy has followed me for several years. However, with the wave of new curriculum reform and after I came to the central school to attend classes, I immediately felt that my old teaching methods were no longer suitable for the new education. The new curriculum reform requires teachers to change their teaching concepts, and teachers should quickly change their roles, that is, from the original knowledge imparting to the organization, guidance and cooperation of students' learning; Students should also change from passive recipients of knowledge to leaders in the learning process.
In order to make all the teachers in our county change their roles quickly, the Education Bureau has organized many trainings, such as new curriculum standard training and participatory teaching training. Through participating in these trainings, I further realized that in the past, most classroom teachers made students follow their own curriculum design step by step, and the classroom was crammed, which seriously suppressed students' independent learning opportunities and hindered students' personality development. The new curriculum emphasizes students' autonomy, cooperation, inquiry and discussion, and teachers become more creators and organizers of learning situations and participants and promoters of students' learning activities. In classroom teaching, teaching in the form of group cooperation and inquiry better embodies the concept of curriculum reform.
In this process, teachers should also respect students' individuality, pay attention to individual differences, meet the learning needs of different students, create an educational environment that can guide students to participate actively, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' attitude and ability to master and use knowledge, and let every student get full development. Especially in classroom teaching, teachers should pay attention to students with learning difficulties, ask more questions of these students with learning difficulties, create learning opportunities for them, and strive to make every student participate in learning and experience the happiness of learning.
Second, the practice of classroom teaching
1, "A discerning eye knows Mount Tai"-have a pair of discerning eyes in class.
It is not easy to be a good primary school teacher. You need not only a pair of eagle-sharp eyes, but also a pair of rabbit-sensitive ears, so that you can always pay attention to the students' learning situation in class, observe the students' learning state, and give the necessary guidance at any time according to your own observation. In class, teachers should be "policemen" and always catch some "criminals" who don't attend class. Because primary school students don't have long-term attention in class, although he doesn't make trouble in class, he still has some habits of inattention or small gestures. At this time, as an instructor, we must keep an eye on all directions and listen to all directions, otherwise a small number of students will take advantage of the loopholes and relax in class, which will affect the learning efficiency of students and the efficiency of the whole class. We must not let this happen.
2. "Learning methods will benefit you for life"-do a good job in learning guidance.
(1) Reward temptation and stimulate learning.
Instructors should encourage and guide students' learning in class according to their learning situation. For example, students' sitting posture has improved, so you should give affirmation and encouragement. Sometimes it is necessary to add auxiliary encouragement and guidance, which will have unexpected effects. I remember that when I first took over the teaching of lower grades, I didn't understand the characteristics of lower grade children, so the learning atmosphere in the classroom was not active and the teaching effect was not good. On one occasion, I was fortunate enough to attend the "Working Conference on Teaching Management of Lower Grades in Primary Schools" held in xx County. After listening to the class management practices of Ganquan, the first primary school in the county, I felt that her practices could be followed. After I came back, I did a lesson "Planting Orchards" behind the learning garden. Every student has an apple tree cut by sponge paper. As long as students behave well in school life, they will be rewarded with an apple sticker, and those who make mistakes will be deducted with an "apple". After the end of the month, we will count who has the most "apples" and then reward them separately. Since the implementation of this reward method, students' classroom discipline is very good and their interest in learning is higher. Therefore, I conclude that junior students should be cheated, teachers should not be stingy with praise, and material rewards should be given when appropriate. Only if they are willing to pay, will there be a return.
(2) "It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish"-the guidance of learning methods.
As the saying goes, "sharpening a knife does not mistake a woodcutter." We often hear teachers complain in the office: "This question has been said many times, but students still don't understand it, and I don't know how to teach it." In fact, the most important learning is the learning of methods. No matter how wonderful the teacher speaks in class, the students can't master the methods, and all the teaching is in vain. Even after learning for a short time, it is easy to forget. Therefore, doing a good job in guiding learning methods is of great benefit to improving students' academic performance. For example, the guidance of literacy methods should teach students to remember words in different ways according to the characteristics of words, so as to ensure a firm memory.
3. "Raise soldiers for a thousand days, use soldiers for a while"-strictly grasp students' inspection.
Students have mastered every knowledge point, and exams are the way. After the completion of each lesson, I will conduct a test to solve the problem of students' knowledge points in time and strictly train students to pass the exam. Carry out patient and meticulous individual education for students with learning difficulties, so that they can master and use them.
Third, reap the fruits of educational reform.
I feel that I am the beneficiary of the educational reform. Especially in recent years, with the educational reform, our school has increased the investment in teaching facilities and equipment, and achieved the goal that every classroom is equipped with multimedia teaching equipment. Students broaden their horizons through multimedia, their interest in learning has changed obviously, and their motivation and enthusiasm for learning are improving. Children learn quickly and thoroughly through autonomy, cooperation and discussion, and then through the teaching concept of determining teaching by learning and determining learning by examination. It all depends on the research results of education reform. After completing the planned study, students will find out more extracurricular knowledge and exercises for supplementary study. In this way, students' learning knowledge is broader ... In order to jointly improve students' grades, I also implemented the cooperative learning of "one excellent student and one poor student". The excellent students set an example for the poor students, check their homework and study at ordinary times, and the excellent students serve as teaching assistants to supervise and check the poor students' learning, so as to achieve the goal of common progress. Independent cooperative inquiry learning is also the trend of educational reform.
Fourthly, the educational reform inspired me.
Education is not to fill a bucket of water, but to light a fire. The new classroom teaching reform has made me understand two points: it is better to teach students than to let them learn; Teaching students knowledge is not as good as teaching students methods and abilities. Teaching itself is a regrettable art, and there are often some flaws in a class no matter how perfect it is. There are also some problems in my classroom teaching. Some students are not conscious enough in autonomous learning, and their study habits need to be corrected. Students' learning problems are different, and they are a little overwhelmed in guidance. But I believe that these problems will be solved one by one in the future reform. Knowledge changes fate, education leads the future, and the mode of education is not static. Only by continuous reform can we adapt to the continuous progress of society. Personalized learning is a milestone in classroom teaching reform and will write a new chapter in education. I am glad that I am on the road of educational reform. Although this road has no end, I am more glad that I grew up with the education reform.

The birth of the new education law marks that China's compulsory education has entered a new stage of development, which provides a strong institutional guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of China's compulsory education.
The new law clarifies the requirements for the quality of compulsory education. To improve the quality of education, of course, we must improve the quality of teachers, because teachers are the leaders in implementing education, especially the implementation of quality education must be achieved through high-quality teachers. However, at present, the low quality of many teachers is indeed an unavoidable practical problem, and the problem of teachers' non-specialization directly affects the quality of education and teaching in schools.
Today's teachers should have their own unique teaching personality. That is, people don't follow the trend and have their own unique teaching ideas and opinions. Teachers should be good at discovering their own unique advantages in personality and business, and cultivate their own unique educational ideas and teaching personality while consolidating their teaching ability. Only in this way can students' personality be cultivated, and teachers are required to have a clear understanding of themselves, be good at constantly adjusting their positions, and seek a balance between school environment and personal conditions. In today's education, what teachers lack most is independent personality and free spirit, which leads to the cultivation of thousands of children and the lack of innovative ability and unique temperament. Teaching personality itself means creativity.
Teachers should really treat students equally. A teacher usually has to face dozens or even hundreds of students. Students have good and bad personalities and good and bad grades. Paying attention to and caring for every student is this kind of teacher's ability. Treat students as students and people as people, not only by grades, likes and dislikes, but also by family circumstances. Some people say that paying attention to every student means paying attention to the students with the worst grades. I want to add, pay attention to every student, and also pay attention to the students you hate the most.
Teachers should be strict with their students. Only in this way can the class be managed orderly, have a set of management concepts and means, and be good at summing up and reflecting. Students are in the stage of growth and development, and it is inevitable that they will make some shortcomings and mistakes. Therefore, we must strictly demand them according to their words and deeds. It is precisely because these shortcomings and mistakes are inevitable that we should moderately demand them and give them time and opportunities to correct them according to their growth laws, instead of blindly criticizing and accusing them, or even corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguise. The management of teachers should be respected by students, so that students can be convinced and recognized from the bottom of their hearts.
In addition, schools should make great efforts to establish a long-term incentive mechanism to encourage teachers to continue their education and study, and constantly improve their knowledge level; Schools must offer all courses without discrimination and have full-time teachers; Schools must actively carry out various educational research activities, encourage teachers to boldly explore the art of education and teaching, and constantly enrich their own educational and teaching experience; Schools must formulate a set of rules and regulations to implement quality education, guide teachers and guide students, so as to truly improve the quality of quality education.
In a word, through study, my educational thought has also been deeply and significantly baptized. I will study hard in my future work and study. Further study will make my thoughts progress and my work better.
