Kerschensteiner (1854.7.29—1932.1.5) was a famous German educational theorist and reformer in the 9th century. He was born in a citizen family in Munich. When I was a child, because my family was poor, I entered the pre-normal school after finishing primary school. 187 1 graduated and immediately engaged in education. During this period, because of his eagerness to learn, he made up three years of secondary school courses by himself, then he was admitted to the University of Technology to study electrical engineering, and then he transferred to the University of Munich to study mathematics. 1877 ~ 188 1 year, studied mathematics and physics in Munich university and higher technical school, and passed the mathematics experiment examination in the same year, becoming a middle school teacher. He has taught in Milan's Cordovan Middle School, Nuremberg Business School, Winford Coven Middle School and Ludwig Coven Middle School. 1895 to 1909 as the inspector of Munich National School. So far, Kerschensteiner has been known as a famous educator. 19904 1906 he devoted himself to the reform of Munich continuing education school into a professional school, providing graduates from state schools with pre-employment preparation for further technical training. At the same time, he also reformed the labor curriculum of national schools and further clarified the concept of labor schools.
