How to carry out gratitude education in rural areas
Gratitude is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation, and it is the foundation of our ancient oriental country's development and growth on this planet for thousands of years. Primary school students are in a period of psychological and physical growth, with strong plasticity. Thanksgiving education at this stage can promote the formation of their correct outlook on life, values and world outlook.

"The grace of dripping water, when the spring pours back" and "But how much love there is in every inch of grass, it will repay the three spring rays" are all about gratitude. In fact, the beginning of Chunhui action is gratitude to mother and hometown. With regard to gratitude education activities, in recent years, the whole province has carried out gratitude education activities such as "Grateful parents, caring for the elderly, building a harmonious Guizhou", "Spring Festival Action-Guizhou Credit Cooperatives Warm Ten Thousand Poor Mothers", "Spring Festival Gratitude" and "I can build a harmonious Guizhou with gratitude". Based on the actual situation of the school where I work and some practical examples, I will talk about some views on gratitude education for primary school students and communicate with my colleagues.

First, be grateful to your parents.

"Filial piety" is the first of a hundred lines, and filial piety to parents is one of the important contents in the traditional virtue education of the Chinese nation. Meng Jiao in the Tang Dynasty said, "Only an inch of grass has a little affection, and I get three rays of spring." I also expressed my desire to honor my parents. For example, I 1996 graduated from normal school for less than three years, and my monthly salary was only more than 200 yuan. Father's medical treatment was ineffective because of illness, but the old man had one biggest wish, that is, to have a good coffin and a stone tablet. Without saying anything, the five of us borrowed more than 10 thousand yuan from relatives and friends, which satisfied the old man's last wish. This was rare in our countryside at that time, and it was once a much-told story. As educators, we have the responsibility and obligation to make students think more about their parents, cultivate a sense of gratitude to their parents, and further thank teachers and society. There are many forms of practical activities to thank parents. For example, filial piety homework can be arranged in combination with international "March 8" Festival, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Double Ninth Festival: send a warm blessing to parents; Tell a happy story to parents; Beat back and rub hands for parents; Understand parents' birthdays and hobbies, ask parents what their wishes are, and do housework with them.

Second, thank the teacher.

I use the content of respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching in moral class to make students realize what teachers have taught them and let them abandon ignorance and know how to think. All this is well-intentioned, so that students will never forget the teacher's cultivation and lay a good ideological feeling of respecting the teacher's hard work. For example, Madame Curie, a great scientist, won the Nobel Prize twice, but she saw her primary school teacher at the meeting and expressed her gratitude with a bunch of flowers. Chairman Mao, a great man in China, also expressed his deep gratitude to the teachers during the festival. Thanks to the teacher, the teacher will never forget. Teachers not only impart knowledge, but also teach students how to behave. It is the teacher's spring education that unties the knot of students' growth. Let the students know that there is no need to do anything earth-shattering to thank the teacher. It is manifested in the dribs and drabs of daily life: it is gratitude to concentrate on listening in class; Seeing the teacher in the corridor after class and politely saying "hello, teacher" is gratitude; After school, wave to the teacher and say "goodbye to the teacher", which is also gratitude to the teacher; On Teacher's Day, help the teacher do something meaningful, send a homemade gratitude card and say "the teacher has worked hard", which is still gratitude to the teacher; In addition, you can also hold a speech contest with the theme of "Gratitude to Teachers", perform on Teachers' Day, and express your respect for teachers with dance, songs and other literary forms.

Third, be grateful to the motherland.

Loving and being loyal to the motherland is a noble moral sentiment and national spirit formed by the Chinese nation for thousands of years. It is this spirit that constitutes the spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation's founding and long-term stability, a great driving force for social progress, and a powerful link for safeguarding the reunification of the motherland and national unity. For example, when I participated in the teaching content of Five-Star Red Flag I Love You, I played animation courseware such as National Flag, National Micro, National Anthem, Five-Star Red Flag I Love You, and When the Five-Star Red Flag fluttered, to stimulate students' feelings of loving the motherland.

"The grace of dripping water should be rewarded with a spring." We ask students not only to thank their parents and teachers, but also to thank others for their help. For primary school students, teachers can guide them to have others in their hearts. First of all, they should learn to appreciate their classmates who get along with them day and night and give them help. When students have difficulties, they can take the initiative to help them. At the same time, it will also touch grateful students to repay the society, such as offering a book, a pen and a schoolbag to the children in the disaster area and carrying out hand-in-hand and heart-to-heart activities; Go to nursing homes to serve the elderly, children in send warm and orphanages, and experience their help and kindness to society and others.

Fourth, be grateful for nature.

In the primary school thinking class, there is a teaching content of loving nature and protecting the environment. For example, take care of flowers and trees and protect the environment. Through listening to recorded stories, watching projections, small performances and other vivid teaching methods, I let the children know that whether it is flowers and trees, or oblique wind and drizzle, bright sunshine and fresh air are all gifts given by nature, and we should thank nature. Be grateful for nature and care for the environment. Carry out activities to thank nature and care for the environment. First of all, students are required to care for the green space inside and outside the school, consciously not picking flowers, stepping on grass, breaking branches, shaking trees and littering, and consciously becoming civilized people who care for and protect the environment; Secondly, organize children to watch disaster films such as Wenchuan earthquake, which will arouse children's thinking and let them know that only by knowing how to be grateful for nature, establishing environmental awareness, cherishing resources and caring for their homes can they live in harmony with nature.

We are the messengers who sow the seeds of gratitude, especially the educators in rural schools. It is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance to educate rural pupils. It is urgent to carry out gratitude education, as teacher Cai Shunhua said in "Spring Festival Gratitude Education" (also called Spring Festival Action), it is not only the patent of the rich, but also the patent of everyone, and the patent of the poor is something that everyone can do.
