Does the state abolish private schools?
Private schools have nothing to cancel.

The reason for this is the following:

1. If all are cancelled, the problem of students going to school will be greatly affected, and many students will not be able to go to school.

2. Private schools have become a part of education in China, occupying an important position. If it is completely abolished, the degree competition in public schools will be more intense.

3. It is impossible for the state to turn all private schools into public schools, which requires a lot of financial support and cannot be realized at present, and the distribution of teachers in private schools is also a big problem.

However, the state will still rectify some private schools, mainly those with public participation, and these schools will be cancelled, but most regular private schools with formal qualifications for running schools and formal enrollment qualifications will not be cancelled, and they are all enrolling students normally.

Private schools refer to schools invested by private individuals or private institutions, approved by local governments and education departments, which combine education with government and pay more attention to efficiency.

Private schools are the combination of education and market, and more of them are to solve the problem of educational efficiency. In order to adapt to the shortage of regional talents and the development of regional economy, talents are always in short supply and need education and training, so private schools came into being. Relatively speaking, private schools have advantages that large-scale public schools do not have.

The problem of ensuring the education quality of private schools is actually to discuss how to improve the quality and efficiency of running private schools. I think this is a very important issue. This is very important for the survival and development of private education in China under the conditions of internationalization and marketization of educational resources. On this issue, I want to discuss it with you from three aspects.

Regarding the basic concepts and characteristics of quality assurance of private education, why should we put forward the concept of quality assurance? Quality assurance is not propaganda. More importantly, we believe that the concept of quality assurance is based on the following three considerations: First, for private schools, I want to emphasize that there is no best, only better. Because in the traditional sense, our private entrepreneurs in China have a common fault, that is, wealth means security. My school is doing well and has great influence in the local area, including kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and senior high school, which seems to be the best school. If we have this idea, it means that private schools are going downhill. In our view, it is only a temporary sign, and better is the eternal pursuit. As educators, we should strive to do better today than yesterday.

Legal basis:

"Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC)" Article 5 Social organizations or individuals other than state institutions may independently or jointly establish private schools. Where a private school is jointly organized, a joint school-running agreement shall be signed to clarify the mode of cooperation, the rights and obligations of all parties and the dispute settlement method. The state encourages the establishment of private schools in accordance with the law through donations and the establishment of foundations. Private schools are organized by means of donations. If there is no sponsor, the rights and responsibilities of the sponsor in the process of running the school shall be fulfilled by the sponsor. Foreign-invested enterprises established in China and social organizations with the foreign party as the actual controller shall not establish, participate in or actually control private schools that implement compulsory education; The establishment of other types of private schools shall conform to the provisions of the state on foreign investment.
