Teacher transfer procedures and procedures
Legal analysis: 1. If a teacher personally requests to be transferred, he/she shall submit a written application to the unit where he/she works, and submit the Application Form for the Transfer of Staff in XX District (hereinafter referred to as the Transfer Application Form). After the application is approved, the applicant can contact or apply to the unit to be transferred. Each applicant can only implement one receiving unit.

2. If the applicant finds the receiving unit, it shall be signed by the receiving unit on the transfer application form; If the applicant can't find the receiving unit, he shall promptly apply in writing to the original unit to cancel the application for transfer, and go through the renewal procedures.

3. The applicant will submit the transfer application form signed with the opinions of the transfer unit and the transfer unit to the Personnel Department of the Education Bureau for approval.

4. Transfer procedures:

(1) If the transfer has been approved, the transfer form of XX District Education Bureau shall be issued in the Personnel Section of Education Bureau first;

(2) With the mobilization of the XX District Education Bureau, first issue a letter of introduction to the person in charge of the unit for Ningbo education system, and then issue a letter of introduction to the accounting office of the unit;

(3) Take the above two letters of introduction to the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau in exchange for letters of introduction and supply letters from cadres of the Education Bureau of XX District;

(4) Two letters of introduction issued by the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau and submitted to the person in charge of the new receiving unit.

Teachers' training schools at all levels undertake the task of training primary and secondary school teachers. Nineteenth people's governments at all levels of education administrative departments, school departments and schools should formulate teacher training plans to carry out various forms of ideological, political and professional training for teachers.

Twentieth state organs, enterprises and institutions and other social organizations shall provide convenience and help for teachers' social investigation and social practice.

Twenty-first people's governments at all levels should take measures to cultivate and train teachers in minority areas and remote and poor areas.
