1. Focusing on the central work of the Provincial Department of Education, with the strategic task of serving decision-making, innovating theory and guiding practice, we will strengthen educational theoretical research, strategic research, policy research and applied research, provide important intellectual support for the relevant decision-making and management of the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the Provincial Department of Education, and make important contributions to building a highland for the formation and practice of advanced educational ideas and theories in the South.

2. The results of the work are used for the scientific decision-making and management of education of the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the provincial education department, for improving the scientific decision-making and management level of education of city and county party committees, governments and education administrative departments, for guiding schools at all levels to innovate talent training modes, improve the quality of education and teaching, and serve the needs of enhancing the comprehensive educational strength, regional competitiveness and international influence of our province.

3. Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with various departments (units) of the Ministry of Education, strengthen cooperation and support with various offices (units) of the Provincial Department of Education, strengthen communication and coordination with various departments of the province and educational institutions of cities and counties (cities, districts), and play an important role in deepening the comprehensive reform of education and promoting the scientific development of education for the country and the whole province.
