What determines the right to receive higher education?
The right to education is an innate right of human beings, just like personal rights. According to our laws, all citizens in our country have the right to education. At present, it is nine-year compulsory education, so everyone should receive education at an appropriate age from birth. Although everyone's right to education is not fully guaranteed in China, the law has given every citizen this right.

Students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school, and passed the examination and met the graduation conditions of the school, are allowed to graduate, and a graduation certificate is issued before leaving school. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree shall be awarded a degree certificate by the degree-conferring unit.

Students can apply for early graduation by completing the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan in advance and obtaining the credits required for graduation. The conditions for students to graduate early are stipulated by the school.
