1. First of all, after parents contact "transfer", they apply to the school, and the transfer school will issue a transfer contact form. Parents contact the transfer school with the "transfer contact form and relevant certificates" and add opinions to the transfer school to determine whether to agree to transfer.

2. Secondly, after the parents get the "Consent to Transfer", they will receive the form, fill in the form, add comments and fill in the transfer certificate in triplicate.

3. Then, parents and students bring the transfer certificate to the transfer school for registration, and then the transfer school will send the "Consent to Transfer" to the Basic Education Department of the County Education Bureau for approval.

4. Finally, send the completed transfer report to the central school for the record, and send the receipt of the transfer certificate to the school for the record.
