Although some achievements have been made in the work of medical ethics in our hospital, there are still some shortcomings: first, ideological and political education needs to be further strengthened; Second, the management system is not perfect; Third, the effective incentive and supervision mechanism is not perfect; Fourth, we should further improve the convenience service measures; Fifth, it is necessary to further strengthen the special rectification of unhealthy practices in medical services.
