"cramming" teaching
Teachers blindly instill knowledge into students, regardless of their personal understanding and feelings. In my opinion, this teaching method is tantamount to trying to stuff a pile of bricks into a container, only seeking quantity, not quality.
Achievement-only theory
This teaching method emphasizes students' test scores and takes scores as the only criterion to measure students. This not only makes education utilitarian, but also stifles students' interest and talent.
Pastoral teaching
This teaching method gives students extreme freedom, as if herding sheep on the grassland, allowing students to explore and learn completely freely. However, such teaching methods often lead to the lack of direction and depth of students' learning.
Factory teaching
This teaching method is like working in a factory assembly line, taking students as products and cultivating them according to unified standards and processes. This teaching method will undoubtedly stifle students' personality and innovative spirit.
The essence of education
The essence of education should be to guide students to discover themselves and cultivate their innovative thinking and practical ability, rather than simply pursuing high scores or a unified training model.
