(3) Due to personal reasons, the tutor neglected to supervise and guide the academic process of graduate students and solved the academic problems of graduate students; Require graduate students to engage in affairs unrelated to their studies, scientific research and social services, and deliberately delay the graduation time of graduate students.

(4) Violating academic norms in academic research and harming the rights and interests of graduate students; The quality of graduate dissertations is not strictly controlled, and dissertations that do not meet academic norms and quality requirements are submitted for trial and defense.
