Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (revised on August 27th, 2009) Article 33 Teachers who have made outstanding achievements in education and teaching, personnel training, scientific research, teaching reform, school construction, social services, work-study programs, etc. Commend and reward by the school. The State Council and local people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments shall commend and reward teachers who have made outstanding contributions. Teachers who have made great contributions shall be awarded honorary titles in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Two, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Ministry of Education (Ministry of Education) issued an annual notice of commendation.
Three, according to the general office of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and the general office of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government on printing and distributing the "detailed rules for the implementation of the management of appraisal and commendation activities in Heilongjiang Province" as the basis.
Administrative reward refers to a specific administrative act in which the administrative subject gives material or spiritual rewards to individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the country, people and society or are law-abiding in accordance with legal conditions and procedures in order to commend the advanced, encourage the backward, fully mobilize and stimulate people's enthusiasm and creativity.
