In the interview, we usually examine the candidates' ability in this respect from two aspects. On the one hand, throughout the interview, answering questions requires clear speech, fluent expression and appropriate language. On the other hand, there will also be special exams, usually in the form of scenario simulations and speeches, but rarely.

The medical ethics inheritance project of Sanhe Academy was initiated by Liu Lihong, a famous Chinese medicine scholar and author of Thinking about Chinese Medicine, and organized and implemented by Beijing Tongyou Sanhe Chinese Medicine Development Foundation. The inheritance of medical ethics, "medicine" is Chinese medicine, and "Tao" is orthodoxy. Based on the cognition of traditional Chinese medicine orthodoxy and the key issues of Chinese medicine education inheritance, this project fully integrates the educational spirit of traditional academies and gives some inspiration and reference. The purpose is to explore a flexible and well-founded way to inherit medical ethics, supplement the education of traditional Chinese medicine in the system, carry forward the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, tap and cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the academic development of traditional Chinese medicine.
