Where is Taoshan Village?
Taoshan Village, Cangbu Street, Xinzhou District is located in the west of Daoshui River, east of Cangbu Street, north of Jingshan and Sungang Village, and south of Tang Dun and Pine Forest. It is a development village connecting the surrounding villages. The arable land area of the village is 1700 mu (including paddy field 1 130 mu and dry land 13 18 mu), and the aquaculture water surface area is 86 mu.

Population status: there are 5 villagers' groups, 4 natural bays, 3 18 households, permanent population 1245 people, including 540 laborers.

Village-level organizations: there are 4 members of the village party committee and 42 members of party member, including activists 1 person. There are 4 members of the villagers' committee team and 20 villagers' representatives. 5 persons in charge of the Youth League branch, women's federations, militia groups and other group organizations.

Industrial development: Under the guidance of the reform and opening-up policy and the "two committees" of the village, Taoshan Village has developed 4 family chicken farmers, 36 fishermen, 8 households engaged in transportation all the year round, 3 households engaged in professional scalper trading all the year round, and 290 people engaged in the construction and clothing industries all the year round, forming a new countryside with diversified industries.

There are six Douqiu ruins, Shenjia Dawan Stone Bridge, Wufenggang Aqueduct, Jacky Middle School site, Zhangdu Lake and other tourist attractions near Taoshan Village. There are also special foods such as Liji Xianglong, Nanbei Erdangbayan Lotus Root, Chenglouzhai Tea, Zhangduhu Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Chibi Dongpo Cake.
