The significance of Montessori's works!
Dr. Montessori has a famous saying: I heard it, I forgot it, I saw it, I knew it, I did it, I understood it.

In Montessori education, children are free to take things from their own works, choose them freely and return them. What we see is not only the development of children's intelligence, but also the creation of an undisturbed atmosphere, guiding children to respect things, things and people and reflect on themselves. These are what children should learn most.

As a Montessori educator, the first premise is to give children "love and freedom". With love, children will grow up in the atmosphere of true love, have truth, goodness and beauty in their hearts, and have a perfect personality. With freedom, children can choose what they are interested in and cultivate their self-discipline ability. If a child is very devoted to a job, it can be reflected in his facial expression, attention and persistent practice, so that he will take the first step towards discipline.

Children have the enthusiasm for work and the right to work. They think, imagine, be familiar with, be skilled and know in his repeated work. Once this work habit is formed, it will be gradual. In the process of establishing good discipline, it must be strongly emphasized that "discipline is not achieved through preaching". No one learns self-discipline by listening to others' sermons. Discipline requires a series of perfect actions to prepare, usually by indirect means. This goal is not achieved through correcting mistakes, but through a conscious work process.

Work, let children feel and recognize things and everything around them in their own way. May every child find his own happiness in his work.
