The Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Provisions on Prohibiting Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Teachers in Service from Making Up Classes with Compensation clearly stipulate that it is forbidden to organize schools or other educational institutions to make up classes with compensation.
Special supervision
The Ministry of Education will conduct special supervision on paid remedial classes and strictly investigate the responsibilities.
"zero tolerance"
There will be "zero tolerance" for serious violations of discipline and corruption of teachers' morality, such as deliberately failing to complete the education and teaching tasks in class, not giving lectures after class and charging make-up fees, and taking revenge on students who do not participate in paid make-up classes.
