First, Suntech's class teacher will call you and simply record the reason for your refund. In the meantime, you can also find the class teacher in charge of you on the APP, but if you drop out of school, there will be someone in charge of after-sales service.
The head teacher will call you after the phone call. Their phone number has already called me. I'm curious why Suntech's landline is our local number, but I asked them, in Beijing, we can't get in, so we have to wait passively.
I will communicate with you after sale, which will help solve your problems and help you plan your own study. If you want to quit school, there is a time limit. Suntech will refund the fee in full within 24 hours, but if you exceed this time limit, deduct your basic management fee and class fee, and then you will refund the rest of the tuition.
When you make the last payment, they will let you use your application to check the amount. Click agree after confirmation, and it will arrive in three or two days. Pay attention to what you say. If you apply for installment payment at the time of registration, you will repay normally during the waiting period. If not, Suntech can ignore your personal credit.
Attention: As far as I know, Suntech has been registered for more than 24 hours, but the refund within 7 days needs to be deducted from a certain registration service fee. But I won't give you a refund, so friends must be calm when signing up. If you hesitate to sign up, you can wait and see first and think carefully.
