The input steps are as follows.
Step 1:
Log in to the administrator account of the League branch in the "Guangdong Smart League Building" system, and click "Incentive in the League" in the left menu bar.
Step two:
Select Evaluate Incentives.
Step 3:
Click the annual evaluation.
Step 4:
In the pop-up interface, according to the evaluation of the League members by the League members' meeting, select the answers such as comments.
Note that the excellent grade should not exceed 30% of the total number of branches.
For members whose assessment results are "excellent" or "unqualified", the branch shall fill in "reasons" and explain the reasons.
Step five:
After entering the assessment results of the members of the League branch under their jurisdiction, click OK to submit.
Step 6:
After the annual appraisal results are completed, organizations at all levels can view the member lists of their own level and all their subordinates.
League branch can view members and modify evaluation results.
Each group organization can also click Export to export the completed list to an Excel table.
Remarks: 1. If party member, who retains the status of a League member and does not work in the League, does not participate in the education evaluation, his League branch should check "party member/Prepare party member not to participate in the evaluation" on the entry page of the evaluation results of the League members. Voluntary participants are not limited.
2. On June, 2023 165438+ 10/day, the system automatically recorded the list of members of league organizations at all levels in the province, and based on this, the list of members who should participate in the evaluation of league organizations in 2023 was generated.
The list will remain unchanged until June 3, 20221.
3. The results of "Annual Review" can only be entered into the League branch at the same level.
4. Members whose "annual assessment" results are "unqualified" shall retain their annual group registration for 3-6 months.
After the retention period ends, you can modify the re-evaluation results by clicking Modify.
