1. First open the browser, log in to the class account, and click on the Personal Center in the upper right corner, Course Management. In my registration record, I can see all the orders of the users. For refundable orders, I can see the refund application in the operation column.

2. After clicking to apply for a refund, the user needs to fill in the reason for the refund. After reconfirmation, the system will enter the refund process. For users who leave at any time before class, after applying for a refund, they will automatically enter the refund state, and the system will refund the money within two weeks by default.
