Project application: Enterprises can fill in relevant application materials as required according to the requirements of the Notice of Application for Industry-University Cooperation Education Project issued by the Ministry of Education, including project background, objectives, plans, expected effects, etc.

2. Audit: The Ministry of Education or its designated expert group will audit the application materials submitted by the enterprise. The evaluation content includes the innovation of the project, the feasibility of implementation, and the contribution to personnel training.

3. Determine the list of selected projects: After the evaluation, the Ministry of Education will determine the list of selected projects according to the evaluation results. The selected enterprises will receive corresponding support and funding, and carry out in-depth cooperation with universities to jointly promote talent training.
