How long does it take to issue a notice of enlistment after a military political review?
Legal analysis: Notice of enlistment will be issued within 0/5 days after the political review of conscription. That is, you will know whether you can be admitted within 15 days after the political review. Political review refers to the joint political review and interview by the county-level military service organs in conjunction with the local public security and education departments after physical examination and comprehensive quality assessment.

Legal basis: Article 8 of the Provisions on Political Review of Conscription: Citizens in any of the following circumstances shall not be recruited for active service:

(1) Spreading politically incorrect remarks, and writing, editing, publishing or publishing politically incorrect articles or works.

(2) Having been subjected to criminal punishment, reeducation through labor, asylum education or administrative detention;

(3) Being under investigation for being suspected of violating discipline and law, or being investigated, prosecuted or tried;

(4) Being expelled from public office, ordered to resign, expelled from school, expelled from the Party, kept on probation, or expelled from the Party for serious mistakes;

(5) Tattoos with signs of underworld organizations or criminal gangs that are detrimental to the national image and social morality;

(6) Having close ties with people with complex political backgrounds at home and abroad and being politically suspicious;

(seven) participated in cult organizations or activities, participated in harmful martial arts organizations or actively participated in activities; Major family members, immediate family members, major social relations members or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are backbone members of cults or harmful martial arts organizations;

(eight) I or major family members, immediate family members to participate in ethnic separatism, violence, terror, religious extremism and other illegal organizations, criminal gangs or activities with the nature of the underworld;

The main members of social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are the backbone of the above-mentioned illegal organizations;

(9) The main family members, lineal relatives, members with major social relations or other relatives who have a great influence on me have been subjected to criminal punishment, expelled from the Party, expelled from public office or have serious illegal problems that have not yet been ascertained, and I have sheltered or retaliated;

(ten) the main family members have criminal acts that endanger national security or serious political problems, and I can't draw a clear line;

(eleven) other circumstances that do not meet the political conditions for enlistment for active service.
