First, the scope and object of identification
(1) Scope of appraisal

Second, the identification conditions

(two) to apply for the qualification of kindergarten teachers, they should have graduated from kindergarten normal school and above; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of teachers of culture and professional courses in junior middle schools and junior vocational schools, one should have graduated from teachers' colleges or other colleges and above; To apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and teachers in secondary specialized schools, technical schools, vocational high schools for cultural courses and specialized courses, one should have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities; To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional technical position of equivalent assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.
(three) to obtain the certificate of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination within the validity period, or to obtain the certificate of teachers' professional ability in normal schools.
(four) to obtain the corresponding Putonghua proficiency test certificate. Those who apply for the qualification of high school and junior high school teachers shall meet the second-class and above standards promulgated by the State Language Committee; To apply for the qualification of a primary school or kindergarten teacher, it shall reach the standard of Grade Two or above.
(5) Physical examination requirements: able to meet the needs of education and teaching, with good physical fitness. All the identified candidates were examined in the designated hospital according to the prescribed procedures and physical examination standards, and the physical examination conclusion was qualified.
