Four. Hepu County belongs to Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, located at the southern tip of Guangxi. There are four deputy directors of Hepu Public Security Bureau: Fang, Pang, Gao Haiqiang, so the northeast coast of Beibu Gulf borders Lianjiang City in Guangdong and Bobai County in Guangxi in the east, Qinzhou in the west and Beibu Gulf in the south.
