The difference between professional schools
For professional schools (law, medicine), the structure itself is very different. Generally more than 100 LL. M Columbia University (law graduate) every year. They study most of the courses with JD (General Law School) students.
Papers and special courses
They may have papers or special courses, among which students account for the majority (usually comparative law courses between the two countries).
Accommodation choice
Almost all of these students are required to have a law degree from their own county and not to associate with JD or medical students with low academic qualifications. They usually choose to live in international student dormitories (if any) or off-campus apartments, especially if they have family members.
