The foreskin is cut like this!
Male foreskin protects the penis under normal circumstances, but if it is too long, it will affect the patient's sexual life. Therefore, patients with long foreskin are usually treated by surgery. The following is the process of male circumcision for your understanding.

one

Cleaning and disinfection

Wash the parts with soapy water and salt water, and disinfect them with 1 1000 bromogeramine solution; The rod loader uses a syringe connected with a bloodletting needle to inject the solution of bromogeramine into the leather bag for disinfection.

2

different

For patients with narrow prepuce and adhesion between prepuce and penis head, hemostatic forceps was used to enlarge the prepuce first, and then two hemostatic forceps were used to clamp the middle of the dorsal margin (the distance between the two forceps was 0.2cm). Separate and adhere with slotted probe until the penis head is completely separated from the foreskin. Then wash the skin and penis head with sterile saline.

three

Design incision

Clamp the foreskin with hemostatic forceps and lift it. Use the tip of a knife to make an incision at the outer prepuce plate 0.5cm away from the distal edge of the coronary sulcus, and prepare a circular incision to prevent excessive resection.

four

Back incision

Use scissors to cut off the inner and outer prepuce plates along the exploratory groove, and the inner prepuce plate should also be cut to about 0.5cm away from the edge of the crown groove.

five

circumcision

Align the inner and outer plates of the foreskin, pull out the hemostatic forceps and the tie behind the foreskin, and then check whether the incision of the outer plate of the foreskin is suitable for circumcision. If appropriate, use arc scissors to cut off the right flap along the incision about 0.5cm away from the coronary sulcus, and then cut off the left flap. The inner and outer plates at the foreskin can be removed or more can be retained.

six

stop bleeding

Retract the penis skin upward and stop bleeding after the bleeding point is exposed. Special attention should be paid to ligating the superficial dorsal vein in the middle of the dorsal side of penis.

seven

suture

First, sew a needle on the back, abdomen, left and right sides of the circular incision with a thin thread, and don't tie it too tightly, so as not to damage the skin when tissue edema occurs. The suture is not cut short, and it is reserved for fixed dressing. Then sew 1~2 stitches every two stitches, and the stitches should come out near the knife edge.

eight

bind up

Wrap a piece of vaseline gauze around the incision of the foreskin (the raw edge is folded inward), fix it with long suture, and then wrap several layers of gauze.
