The construction area of the school site of the off-campus training institution shall be not less than 300 square meters and located on the same floor. During the same training period, the average area of the school site is more than 3 square meters, and the construction area of the teaching building is not less than two-thirds of the total construction area of the school site to ensure that it is not crowded and easy to evacuate.

Must meet the requirements of national laws and regulations on fire protection, environmental protection, hygiene, safety measures, food management, etc. ;

The sponsor's own house is used as a school venue, which must have a certificate of ownership and clear property rights;

The school building leased by the organizer shall have a lease term of not less than 3 years;

Residential buildings, semi-basements, basements and other places with potential safety hazards shall not be used as school venues.
