Dongguan University of Technology is the first ordinary undergraduate college jointly established by provinces and cities in Dongguan, with the city as the main body and Dr. Yang Zhenning, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics, as honorary president.

The school has two campuses, Songshan Lake and Guancheng, among which Songshan Lake Campus is located atNo. Daxue Road 1 in Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of 1800 mu (including 370 mu of international cooperation and innovation zone). Guancheng Campus is located at No.251Xueyuan Road, Guancheng District, covering an area of more than 330 mu.

There are more than 790 faculty members 1.790, including 80 senior titles 1.80, 387 deputy senior titles and 797 doctors. There are more than 20,000 ordinary full-time students and nearly 20,000 continuing education students. Up to now, about 6.5438+0.2 million local talents have been trained, and about 80% of the graduates have stayed in Dongguan for employment and entrepreneurship.
