Attachment: Matters needing attention in website reporting

1. This reporting website accepts reports of duty crimes under the jurisdiction of the Supreme People's Procuratorate as stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 18 of the Criminal Procedure Law;

2. In order to receive your report in time and investigate as soon as possible, please report it to the corresponding city, branch, district and county reporting center according to the level and geographical jurisdiction;

3. Procuratorial organs advocate and encourage real-name reporting, and all signed reports reply to the investigation results;

4. The report shall be realistic and truthfully provide the relevant information and criminal facts of the reported person;

5. The procuratorial organ will keep confidential the informer and the contents of the report in strict accordance with laws and relevant regulations;

6. After investigation, if the informant constitutes a crime, he shall be given certain spiritual and material rewards;

7. Informants who use reports to fabricate facts, falsify evidence and falsely accuse and frame others will be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
