During his teaching and scientific research in psychology and pedagogy in Nantong Teachers College, Li Qingming initiated the teaching structure mode of "tutorial unit cycle self-study research" and achieved remarkable results. The experimental research results are reported in normal education and have a strong response in secondary normal schools across the country. As the head of the school's education discipline, he devoted himself to the construction of education discipline, took the lead in changing the status of education curriculum as a "public course" in China, making it the main course of normal schools, and made major reforms in its structure, creating and opening a new education curriculum system composed of teaching skills, class management and education, educational ideas and educational research. , and was invited by the Ministry of Education for many times to participate in the formulation of the Teaching Outline of Pedagogy and Psychology in Normal Schools and the compilation of teaching materials. As a core member, he actively participated in a series of normal school reforms from "paying equal attention to intellectual education", "educating people by culture" to "individualized normal education" and then to "practice-based normal education", and participated in the decision-making research and experimental guidance of each reform, contributing wisdom to the exploration of normal education in China. Its achievements won awards in the evaluation of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of Jiangsu provincial government, Jiangsu Normal Education Research Association and the selection of outstanding scientific research papers of provincial education society.
When I was in charge of the national backbone teacher training undertaken by the school, I formulated the corresponding training objectives and specifications, designed an integrated training curriculum system based on needs, problems, development and practice, and actively explored the "situational training" mode, through "situational reproduction", "situational investigation" and "situational construction". It has effectively promoted the common development of teachers' theoretical literacy and practical wisdom, knowledge level and technical ability, humanistic spirit and scientific judgment, and has been well received by students. Officials and experts from the evaluation team of the Ministry of Education gave the highest evaluation to this course system and training mode, and considered it as the "best" and "most effective" among the 37 training points in China, and "worth popularizing in the whole country".
In the early 1990s, Li Qingming began to study Li Jilin's idea of situational teaching, and as a core member, he participated in and assisted Li Jilin to carry out the key project "Situational Teaching, Situational Education and Situational Curriculum Experiment" in the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the Tenth Five-Year Plan of the National Education Science Plan, and guided the design and implementation of each sub-project, guiding teachers to carry out scientific research, with outstanding achievements. He was hired as the deputy director of Jiangsu Institute of Situational Education and published Li Jilin and Situational Education.
1999 With the support of the school, a teaching reform experimental primary school was established in Haiyong Township, Haimen City, a poor township with remote Chongming Island, inconvenient transportation, poor economy and backward education. In recent years, he has been employed as a scientific research consultant for nearly 20 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, including Nantong Normal School No.2 Affiliated Primary School, Nantong Experimental Primary School, Haimen Dongzhou Primary School, Tongshi No.2 Affiliated Primary School, Nantong Experimental Kindergarten and Nantong Nanling Kindergarten, and directed the design or experiment of more than 30 provincial and municipal educational and scientific research projects. Independent or primary school teachers won more than 100 prizes in basic skills, classroom teaching, lectures or thesis evaluation at or above the provincial and municipal levels, and were invited to give special reports or lectures on children's education in more than 20 provinces and cities across the country, and were hired as members of the expert guidance group of the provincial quality education experimental base by the then Jiangsu Institute of Educational Science.
