Excuse me, how is the national annual graduate enrollment plan formulated?
1. The annual graduate enrollment plan is not formulated by the Ministry of Education, but by the graduate enrollment unit according to the teaching scale requirements of the Ministry of Education. Every September, after the enrollment unit formulates the postgraduate enrollment plan, it must be reported to the Ministry of Education for approval. After approval, the Ministry of Education will announce the enrollment plans of all enrollment units to the public.

2. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the graduate enrollment unit will temporarily arrange the number of students enrolled in that year according to the graduate enrollment plan issued by the state last year when compiling the professional catalogue of enrollment in that year. The provincial education entrance examination management institution will check the professional catalogue and enrollment number uploaded by each enrollment unit, and remind the enrollment unit to correct it in time if it does not meet the policy requirements. Announce it to the public after revision.

3. The enrollment unit shall announce the number of exemption and the number of candidates to be recruited in the enrollment professional catalogue, so as to facilitate candidates to choose to apply for volunteers.

4. Each admissions unit shall not arbitrarily reduce the number of candidates and the number of candidates that have been announced to the public during the re-examination and admission stage; Majors with insufficient qualified students should be reduced by the enrollment leading group of the hospital (department or institute) and reported to the enrollment leading group of the unit for approval.
