According to Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Employment Agreements for Graduates, the Employment Guidance Center for University Graduates conducts a comprehensive review of the employment agreements signed between graduates and employers, and those that meet the formalities shall be handled and incorporated into the employment plan for university graduates.
The school will not recognize the rights and obligations agreed by graduates and employers in the form of oral agreement, or involve employment policies or require the school to perform certain obligations beyond the provisions. Each graduate can only sign an employment agreement with one employer. Students who sign any form of employment agreement with two or more employers shall bear the corresponding liabilities for breach of contract.

The relevant requirements of the graduate employment agreement stipulate that:
1. Graduates' employment should be guided by national policies, and they should start their own businesses. Graduates and employers must choose carefully on the basis of full understanding, comprehensive investigation and careful consideration when signing the agreement.
2. Teachers in charge of student affairs in secondary departments should carefully examine the reasons for the termination of the contract put forward by graduates, and criticize and educate graduates without special circumstances to guide their honest work.
