Looking back at my normal education stage, I learned more professional knowledge and teaching skills, but the specific process and actual effect of front-line education work are more based on practical experience, life experience and understanding of human nature, and more on personal subjective consciousness. Combined with the current values of quick success and instant benefit, we are tired of the status quo that chickens talk to ducks. Perhaps in the future education, we need to think: advocating people-oriented, how to guide students to understand their own "human" characteristics and object environment? How to expand students' autonomy in learning and increase their selectivity? How to guide students to clarify their inner real demands, not just superficial utilitarian pursuits? ?

As an educator, I also benefited a lot from it. Education should face modernization, the world and the future. Every time I pass the gate of Washington School, I feel that only this prestigious school can have such a pattern and confidence to engrave such a sentence at the school gate. I have always agreed that as an educator, we should not only have enthusiasm for work, but also have a broad vision, a correct goal and a correct understanding of the laws of education, and the best education should learn from each other's strengths and realize the common development of teachers and students. President Wu Ying Min has another passage in the book: A student with good grades will certainly be able to read the book well and read good grades. If the school can insist on quality education, students will certainly study hard and get good grades. So, why not worry about the failure of the enrollment rate? After reading these, I deeply realized the real enlightenment of the book "Education and Life", and really realized that educators should innovate themselves on the basis of understanding themselves and the environment, innovate incorrect habits and concepts that are not suitable for the development of the times, and establish new viewpoints, so as to lead students to develop and grow into better people.

Finally, I send a message to myself: Learn to enrich my life with the achievements of education, give full play to my advantages, turn the meaningful realm of life into reality and realize the value of life. I think this is the most fundamental purpose of our education, because it answers the question of the meaning of human existence.
