The full name of the British Quality Education Development Certification Center is a non-profit educational institution. It has been authorized by QCA of Curriculum Bureau of British Ministry of Education and UCAS of British University Admissions Service Center, and has provided quality education certification and leadership curriculum development for students all over the world for 40 years.

EPQ is a research-based learning and project-based learning certification project recommended by UCAS, the British Higher Education Admissions Service Center. This is an advanced course without examination. Ofqual authorized six examination bureaus to issue EPQ scores and certificates, and the EPQ scores and effects issued by six examination bureaus were consistent when applying for British universities.
