According to the portal website of the People's Government of Bama Yao Autonomous County, Qian Wen Primary School in Dongshan Township of Bama County was formerly Qian Wen Village Primary School, which was established in 1958. It is a rural public primary school located in Qian Wen Village, Dongshan Township, Bama Yao Autonomous County, Hechi City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Wenqiancun Primary School was once a poor and backward school with poor facilities, insufficient teachers and low teaching quality. In order to improve the educational environment and level of Qian Wen Village Primary School, in 2006, Bama County Education Bureau launched the "Rural Education Development Project", which included Qian Wen Village Primary School in the transformation plan. In 2007, Wenqiancun Primary School began to build new school buildings, with an investment of more than 6,543,800 yuan, and built a modern teaching building equipped with computers, multimedia, books and other facilities. In 2008, Qian Wen Village Primary School was officially renamed as Qian Wen Primary School, and became the central primary school in Dongshan Township, Bama County, undertaking the educational tasks of several surrounding villages.
