Introduction;

Capital Normal University, referred to as "First Normal University" for short, is a comprehensive normal university jointly founded by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Beijing Municipal People's Government. This is an excellent teacher training program, including art, science, engineering, management, law, education, foreign languages and art.

Capital Normal University was founded in 1954, formerly known as Beijing Normal University. After Renmin University of North China, the departments of philosophy, politics, religion, Beijing Teachers College of Workers and Peasants and Beijing Teachers College of Physical Education merged one after another. 1964, Beijing Institute of Art and Beijing Normal University were partially merged; 65438-0992 Beijing Normal University, Beijing Normal University Branch and Beijing Union University Foreign Language Teachers College merged to form Capital Normal University.
