What should I do if the computer of Win 10 Education Edition system often crashes?
There are two ways to solve this problem:

Method 1:

1. Try to download applications compatible with or supporting Win 10 running environment. Usually, when downloading such applications, all relevant "running environment" descriptions will be given to find out whether the current program supports running on Win 10 system.

2. Run the program in "compatibility mode" in Win 10 environment. When trying to install and run related programs in Win 10 system, you can try to run in "compatibility mode". Right-click the application icon and select the Properties item from its right-click menu.

3. In the opened application properties window, switch to the compatibility tab, select the item "Run this program in compatibility mode", set the corresponding running environment, and then click OK.

Method 2:

1. Another case is that there is no response when the program is running. Usually, when the program doesn't respond, the window as shown in the figure will pop up automatically, and just click the "Close Program" button.

2. If the window for forcibly closing the program does not pop up, you can press "Ctrl+Alt+Del" to enter the system interface and click "Task Manager".

3. At this time, the "Task Manager" interface will open, find the process that is currently unresponsive, select and click the "End Process" button in the lower right corner to stop the operation of the corresponding process.
