First, strengthen the management of education and teaching, and lead the individualized growth of teachers.
In the teaching management of this semester, the following characteristics have been highlighted:
1. Strictly standardize teachers' morality and lead teachers' ideological growth with morality.
The construction of teachers' morality is the foundation of teachers' growth, the key to education and the urgent requirement of reality. To this end, we will first strengthen the construction of teachers' morality according to the "Ten Prohibitions, Ten Taboos and Ten Advocates" proposed by the District Education Bureau, combined with the relevant rules and regulations of our park, and take the twentieth Teacher's Day as an opportunity to carry out the "green exchange project" for front-line teachers in the whole park.

This semester, the main management means will be layer-by-layer management, which will further strengthen the responsibilities of department assistants, improve their work level and carry out daily education and teaching activities in parallel classes. 3. Carry out participatory research and lead teachers' personality growth with democracy.
Through the continuous attempt of participatory teaching and research activities, we feel more and more that participatory research atmosphere can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers for research and thinking. Therefore, in this semester's work:
